I bought a new HP with Windows 10 about four months ago. Never used it before and still learning.
It did an automatic update, now it keeps re-setting to factory settings.
HELP! How do I fix it?
Hello, when you say it keeps resetting itself, can you give more information? Do you get to the Desktop? Does it happen sporadically as you are working with your computer? When does it reset itself?
