Regarding the iMac, my orthopredic surgery uses iMacs in every room, there are 2 on reception and each of the consultation rooms has its own iMac. Only having to run a single cable for everything is probably a key part of why they were chosen.
Ironically, they are used to RDP onto a Windows Terminal Server in the computer room!
Edit: And with regard to external displays, most of our users currently have 2 external monitors, typical use is the external displays for our ERP system and Outlook, with the internal display of the laptop being used for Teams.
I do have a MacBook Air as a backup to my Lenovo and it works fine for me, because I have a single 44" UHD screen, as opposed to 2 FullHD 24" displays… But it would be useful if it could drive 2 external displays at times.

You need one Samsung account to use Samsung’s services. No different to needing one Google account, or one Apple account.
