I thought I watched this episode live, and yet somehow I completely missed the reference that lead to the show title, so I had to Google:

EDIT: So now I have looked it up in the transcript and heard it in the show (around 1h6m) and I’ve realized that was during a bathroom break followed by the conjuring of some additional caffeine. In the context of the show it’s a great rat hole segment.
EDIT EDIT: As I finished my above edit, I locked my screen to get up to leave my PC, only to be presented with the following lock screen image… Such trochilidine coincidence.
