To be completely honest, I love Firefox because they are the anti-Google. However, I quit using Firefox back in January after a couple of political tweets they made. I uninstalled Firefox from all devices in my home and moved to Brave.
You may be confused about Mozilla’s relationship with Google. They’re not anti-google at all, they’re fully 100% funded by Google, which means they send lots of traffic to Google. They compete with Google in the small space that is browser technology by providing features that their USERS demand, which is not how Google works. The users are anti-Google, but that does not mean that Mozilla is.
You are 100 % correct. That is what I meant. I worded that poorly. Using Firefox for me was me not using a browser with Google branding on it.
