Way too long. My job sucks I spend probably 30 out of 40 hours a week sitting at my desk doing nothing.
It makes it so when I get home and want to work on my personal projects that I actually want to turn into my income I’m so tired of looking at a screen and dejected from a useless day that I don’t even want to.
The worst part is we are not allowed to take personal devices out at work and the proxy settings are jacked up on the network that my classes won’t even load so I can’t even do my own work while pretending to work at work.
Anyway, too long. Rant over.
Personal or professional? or both?
More than 10. I work in I.T., so when you include my job and personal, it’s almost all day.
I’m a graphic designer, so between work and my personal computer time, it’s a lot.
I am not an Addict at all!
I have to include iPad and iPhone time on line, plus webinars cast to my Apple TV. I also stream on Roku. So…lots. I’m retired now. No evil supervisor to check on me.
“I can stop any time”
I easily spend more than 10 hours a day online if we are including work time. Leisurally, I probably spend 2-3 hours on my laptop or iphone. I work in a call center and spend 8 hours in front of computer everyday so I adding that up defiantlety is more than 10 plus.
It depends on how you define computer, haha. If we’re talking just the Macbook, 2-3 hours a day, sometimes more. Add in iPhone and iPad, more like 3-5, not counting listening to music or audio books.
