Not sure if this is the right place to ask this question but here goes: I need to be able to speak into my Samsung S7 phone and have my voice be heard thru a remote PC without any involvement on the receiving PC. Basically, the remote PC will always be on and ready to broadcast my voice. It would also be helpful if this app could be used with an Apple phone as well. Any suggestions?

Well this is not the solution you want, but pretty sure it would work. Investigate Mumble. It’s an open source system for voice chat originally designed for gamers. There is a client and a server. You could run the server and a client on the PC. Configure the PC client to output to the PC’s speakers. Then run a client on your phone. You could configure the client on the phone to be push to talk (versus having an always open mic.)
