The Bluetooth thing with the car is annoying, our car always tries to pair with the device it last used, even if it is at the extreme range of Bluetooth and another device is actually in the car, the number of times I’ve had my wife’s audio book start playing when I leave the house, or my phone suddenly cuts out.
The worst was once, when she was talking to her sister-in-law and I had to rush out to the office for an emergency, I started the call and was suddenly talking to the sister-in-law. I had to tell her to call back in a minute, once I had gotten my wife’s phone disconnected!
I find with every other iPad, they make the bluetooth worse.
My iPad Pro M4 has noticeably worse bluetooth signal than my iPad Pro M1 ever did. I may as well just never walk away from the iPad if I’m wearing my Bose headphones. and if I’m wearing AirPods, I still shouldn’t walk too far away.
When I first started programming on the Mac Plus, we had MPW with Pascal, as well as Lightspeed Pascal and C and Microsoft BASIC, I didn’t realise BASIC was never officially released, we had official disks and paper, ring binder manuals with branding… The company I worked for was one of the first and biggest users of Macs in the UK, so maybe they got an official version in advance, before it was pulled.

Hmm, I have a year ol iPad Air M2 and was walking around the house yesterday, Bluetooth on the AirPods Pro was working fine, going up to about 12M away from the iPad. I’ve not seen any real problems with Bluetooth on this or my previous Air…
I also have an iPad Air m2. Bluetooth reception is fine. It even works when I am at a different floor.
