I’m a prolific user of tags, and I love the OS implementation of them, but… over what feels like the last few iterations of macosx (10.13 + 10.14 – I have as yet to update to Catalina) when I set Preference for the Finder to only show a select number of tags in the Finder sidebar, after spending quite a bit of time unchecking dozens (I mean DOZENS) of tags, after a restart, or sometimes just after I’ve put my machine to sleep for a period, when woken ALL of the tags show up as checked again. This happens on my MBPro (circa 2015) and iMac (circa 2014).
Does anyone else have this?
Does this get “fixed” with Catalina?
Any other suggestions?
