LastPass sign in problems? Support response?

Hi there. New user, long time listener as they say.
I have been using (and paying) for LastPass for several years happily. However, in the last week, I have been unable to sign on my mac desktop and my iphone app. I’ll enter the user name and password and it will grind away for 10 seconds, then an error message comes up saying “unable to contact server, please try again later”. Frustrating. I sent a message to tech support three days ago but not heard anything. Currently using the vault.

I presume you’re referring to using the LastPass extension for a browser? Have you considered uninstalling and reinstalling that plugin?

I agree and directly logging into the LastPass website.

I went through a phase a few years ago, where it just wouldn’t accept my master password. In the end, I had to use the 1TP sheet and reset my password, for example, even though I knew i was using the right password, that I had been using for a year.

I like LP but their support has a long way to go.
