Has anyone noticed that the back button (top left of the screen) instead of taking you back to the previously used app now activates the lockscreen - or is it just me?
In what apps are you seeing this?
It happens when I (heaven forbid) click on a link in an email and the mail app takes me to safari. If I then click on the back button <Mail instead of going back to mail the lock screen appears.
Just did a reboot - problem now fixed. Is iPadOS getting like Windows

Always a good idea to do a full reboot after an update. Android equivalent is clearing the data cache.
Glad it’s working after applying the time honoured solution of switching it off and on again
