How many computers do you have?

Done the research will be following your suggestion, I like the idea of recycling my old drives (4 to 6 tb) and increasing capacity.

For the vast majority of people, they are perfect. My son has written and published 4 books, mostly on Chromebooks.

And you never lose a word (unless you are working offline) if it breaks or gets stolen.

I use one as well, but my wife has pretty much taken it over (grin)

Enjoy!

Yes, I find that I much, much, much prefer Chromebooks/Chromebox over Windows computers now.

way, way, way too many.

Me personally, I just have a single laptop (Predator Helios 300). I also have an iPad and Kindle for media consumption. My wife has a MacBook Pro.

Now if you’re including Raspberry Pis, then I have lost count! Every time a new one came out, I had to get it (or two or three) for “projects”, but most of them are in various drawers. Someday I’ll put them to use, even those older ones! Someday…

3 desktops (one for VR, one for my husband, and one we might fix ‘someday’)
Mac mini (for videos in my workout room)
2 laptops (mostly for programming)
3 tablets and 2 phones for testing
iPhone 6s (husband’s)
iPhone X (mine)

Mount point works. Will take a re-imagining but The Beast will be able to grow exponentially. Thank you

That is amazing! But like Indiana Jones I hold my box and declare it belongs in a museum.

Interesting you say that. Many museums take pieces to display if they’re in excellent shape, many around here procure and/or offer something for it.

Cool…t is in good shape…still shrined wrapped. I just don’t know if I could give it up. Yet to have it enjoyed by others would be better then sitting on my shelf.

Rationalised it all down to just 2 now, a 2015 MBP i7 that I use, and my wife’s 2013 MBA i7 that she uses for her music composing.

I’ve got numerous MacOS, Windows and Linux VMs running on the MBP if I need to use another OS.

Two desktops (Win 10 Home /Win 10 Pro), only one monitor. One HP x360 14 Chromebook. Pixel 2 phone.
