HELP! My computer crashed and won't boot

I noticed that this is an AMD system and they can be temperamental when it comes to memory however you had been using this system for a couple of months after building it. Is the memory running at stock settings without any XMP equivalent setting?

Did this by chance occur after a Windows update? I was updating a brand new Thinkpad for a client and the darn thing kept BSOD on me so much so that I could not boot Windows10 into normal mode. I got into safe mode and uninstalled the video driver and booted into normal mode. No more BSOD.

Ran a BIOS update yesterday and the computer is running even better. It now averages around 45% RAM util.
