Not a gamer anymore. Used to play TF2 here and there over the years, but now if I’m playing anything it’s Craps on my tablet or phone. And EVERY NOW AND THEN, I’ll open up an NES emulator and play Contra.

Exhausting? Not at all! I have the original Vive.

Skyrim isn’t as immersive as some of the other games. But the graphics and sheer immensity of the world is amazing. There are so many options, it is menu-based, so gameplay freezes when you bring up your inventory to change weapons. But that’s kind of cool too, since you can still see the enemies frozen in attack position. I guess it would be exhausting if this automatic pause wasn’t built in. I actually play it sitting down more often than not.

I’m currently playing Civilization VI, Cities - Skylines, and Stardew Valley. I also play Fallout 76, but sometimes things start to get boring when there are few players on the server. Things only brighten up during Meat Week.

I also play Tetris 99 and MH:Generations on Switch.

And…Pixel Dungeon.

A long time Mac user, about a year and a half ago I discovered the modern spiritual successors to my favorite sim games existed. At the same time, Valve was about to release Steam Link for iOS. Since I knew I wanted to improve my Plex Server (formerly a 2010 iMac), I decided to build a PC. Though my graphics card is budget (RX 560), it streams Skylines to my iPad Pro just fine. I really like the mini ITX form factor.
