Viewing recommendation: Baelin's Route

I just found this gem that just got released by a YouTube filmmaker team: Baelin’s Route. A short story that plays on role playing mechanics of NPCs but evolves into a brilliant little adventure in and by itself.

The storytelling, writing, even acting and cinematography simply had me deeply impressed. This is a YouTube crew, even though it had been kickstarted generously.

In my eyes this might be ingesting since:

  • lovely, philosophical play on NPCs and players of RPGs
  • impressive quality from semi (?) professionals
  • great little story
  • phenomenal score, if you like this kinda thing

I think the author (of the NPC) had the same idea - that line is sublime, it will be his only one. :slight_smile:
