I have a 1TB external hard drive connected to my iPad (USB-C). I’m trying to copy files from the drive to a folder on my iCloud account using the file app. After copying and pasting, I eventually get the following error message. Is there another way I should be approaching this task?
Contacted Apple support. They had me do a hard reset and all is good now.m
