Chromebook and Copying Google Drive folders

On my iPhone and iPad I can’t copy a Google Drive folder. I have to go to my PC and choose download to make a copy of a Google Drive folder. And then re upload the copy
How about on a Chromebook? Can I copy a Google Drive folder on one of those?

I assumed this would be possible, but I just checked and I don’t see any option in their web interface to copy a directory. So strange! I guess it’s a limitation of their web interface. I am able to copy individual files, but not folders.
