I’ve listened to a few NotebookLM “podcasts” now, I don’t think I’ve gotten more than a minute into any of them, they are all headache inducingly “sweet”! (The voices have that same level of sugary sweetness that a lot of over autotuned music has, it just gives me a headache.)

Congrats @Leo and team on 1000 episodes. I was a huge TechTV fan before TwiT and this episode brought back so many fond memories of that time and how much less insular and weird it made me feel to be a nerd in the pre-YouTube, pre-Reddit, pre-Digg internet.
Here’s to another 1000.

Revision3…Now that’s a name I haven’t heard in a long time.
Between TWiT and Rev3, that was a lot of my content consumption back in the day. It was nice to hear those voices again.
Congrats on hitting 1000! I’m not sure when I started listening, but I know it was in those very early days, when iTunes 4.9 added podcasting.

Regarding the use of facial recognition software. I’d feel like it was a privacy violation if it was being sent up to the cloud to some central vendor database. But say the info came from a Bluetooth connection to my phone. Combination between contacts and photos in my library. I’d be happy to have it use facial recognition to give me prompts.
Ex. John Smith, RN. Remember to communicate XYZ about Patient X. With the ability to remind later or mark complete would be awesome for enhancing communication.
