Something to consider about the low number of Twitter users who use 2FA - Is a Twitter account really as valuable to most users as, say, a Google account, a Facebook account, an Amazon account? For me it definitely isn’t - it’s just a play thing and a way to keep tabs on breaking news. Perhaps that explains it some.
