any free recommended easy tools to used to replicate/duplicate usb drives ?

It’s unclear why you need a special tool? Plug both drives into the system, open the source drive in Windows Explorer, press CTRL-A to select all files, CTRL-C to copy them, then open the destination device in Windows Explorer and press CTRL-V to paste all the files, and then wait for the copy to finish.

Or Windows provides RoboCopy if you’re willing to work on the command line.
