Okay, pretty impressed with the 5G speed on my new iPhone 14 Pro. Previously topped out at around 200Mbps on LTE on my iPhone 11 inside my apartment.

I’m getting 1.9mbps at work on congstar, better than on Vodafone, I used to get 0.01mbps on their network - and that was with a “500mbps LTE” contract…

Finally got the fibre to the house this week, the cable should be made live next week… I could get up to 1gbps, but I can go from 50mbps to 300mbps for the same price and I don’t think I need more than 300mpbs at the moment…

I have 100/40 on my fibre in the southern suburbs of Adelaide in Australia. First think I look for in a new rental is that NBN fibre box on the wall 
Also the towers around here have recently been upgraded to 5G. I think there are a few pockets mmWave 5G in the CBD that I wouldn’t mind trying When I’m in the office on Monday I guess…
