Leo was saying that if companies like Microsoft offered a suitable alternative, people would leave Apple, but that they don’t… Has he looked at Windows’ market share over the last 30 years?

As an Office user, I have never felt like a cog in a machine when using Word or Excel. But then again - I’ve never limited my creativity based on whether I was using Windows or some other OS.
