I’ve been hearing rave reviews about Affinity Photo for a while now, but when Alex said he uses it so often personally, that’s what made me go buy it. I gave away my laptop that I was keeping an old version of Mac OS on so it would run Photoshop CS5 several months ago.

I bought Affinity Photo for my iPad Pro a few months ago after hearing both Alex and Ant mention it - marvelous😁

I’ve been using it for a couple of years on my PC, replacing Photoshop. I find it much more intuitive and I can create good results more easily - but I’ve always been a dabbler in photo retouching, I prefer to try and get it right when I take the shot. I would say, apart from some cropping and maybe brightness, I rarely make changes to most of my photos, so having something that is quick and intuitive to use on the occasions that I do need to edit a photo is much appreciated.
