I WATCH using Downcast app on my iPad. Sometimes I catch it live, especially Apple or Microsoft events.

I love Steve Gibson, but I will admit that if I have any trouble falling asleep, I can frequently use a Security Now episode on a timer as the same concept as Leo recommends using the sponsor Calm for

I could probably do that, except I’m afraid of having nightmares of cryptojacking and ransomware night terrors. 
Kidding aside, I did start taking Steve’s sleep formula, and it works really well, though I may switch to Lift Mode’s (who makes the oleamide Steve lists) pills that combine some of the ingredients. Steve’s right about oleamide tasting like plastic.

I’m mainly a podcast watcher for the tech guy so I see Saturday’s show on Sunday morning and sundays on Monday. My bandwidth won’t allow me to watch live at work although I can occasionally watch most of Sunday’s show live.

Auto download audio using pocketcast to my pixel 2 XL. Listen through my freightliner stereo using a bluetooth dongle while driving between Indianapolis and Chicago 6 days a week.

Watch live when possible otherwise on YouTube I’ll watch tech guy, twit, security now, aaa, twig, Mac break, iOS today, screensavers(did), and the odd other interesting episode of the other shows
