Cooked roast beef for our Hogmanay meal here in the UK, complete with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and parsnips plus vegetables. Not very traditional but we didn’t have a turkey for Christmas Day so I wanted to give the family one roast meal over the festive season …
