BACKGROUND
Samsung and some headset, earbud, hearing aid manufacturers already Auracast, but even though some of Apple’s devices support BT LE 5.2+ they seem to lack support for Auracast.
One of the use cases is the 1-to-many broadcast audio in a venue with a large audience which the user can select from any number of broadcast audio streams. For example, in a pub with multiple TVs showing multiple games with the audio muted except for one game. Most of us use Tunity to listen to muted TVs by syncing the audio stream with the video using a phone camera, but it is not 100% reliable.
QUESTION
Why is Apple so late to the Auracast party?
