There are enough people that are into gaming - MAYBE this is just what they are looking for when traveling. Maybe I am naive, but I just don’t see this succeeding…

I can see them making deals to get game tournaments hosted there as it would be a great tie-in.
I guess this idea is the inverse of The Spectrum Retreat.
If they really want to stick to a theme imagine if you need to pay a quarter every time you enter your room
