Throwing a couple of things at the Android dedicated. First off the person looking for basic Android phone - get a Huawei, best cameras on a smartphone, plenty of power, none of the awful Google apps and junk.
Secondly an Android tablet for $800!! I know it’s a bad word in the US, but you could get a Microsoft Surface for that and have a way better system.
