Just north of New York City is Broken Bow Brewery in Tuckahoe.
Endless awardsand has been invited to import into the Germany which is very protective of their industry.
This week they released the third generation Barley Wine. Two years aging in Bourbon barrels. A fourteen percentage ABV with layers of flavors. It is now on tap for the holiday season at the tasting room and available in bottles.
Very special, but I personally think this is on the far edge of the beer category.
My favorite. Nothing close.
Oh, maybe 10 other beers on tap, and on sale onsite and a host of restaurants and markets.
