The Humane pin is one of the crappiest products that had such a high profile launch. It’s basic function of returning accurate information based on simple quarries barely works, because the Super AI running it doesn’t give correct information. Which is a none starter as a product.
Also the simple fact that it’s a redundant product category since everything the AI pin purports to do, the phone already does.
