Windows 10 allows redeployment of a full OS image with full software library transfer across any hardware platform. For me it required purchase of a Macrium/Reflect license with redeployment, $60. I have transferred a Macrium image from an Acer LT to a Lenovo LT to an HP AIO to a current Dell 3582 AIO. The process is using Macrium to save an OS C:\ image to a separate drive. Make a Macrium recovery boot device CD or stick. Reboot into Macrium on the new PC with the external image connected, typically via USB. Restore the backup image with Redeploy enabled. During redeployment it will use on board generic drivers or let you point to a driver cache. The PC will boot with the old image on the new platform identical to the origin PC. No SW reinstallation, no BSOD. A crashed HD or new PC can be restarted and fully productive in less than 2 hours without any original SW media or product codes.
Google domain is $12/year with bells and whistles. Hosting for me vulcanmtboys.com bluegrass band in Oceanside CA is on drive/sites so no cost.
