There’s so much I have no idea about when it comes to computer hardware history. Granted, I do remember one job I had in a textile plant where one of the computers I had to use for my job was a room. The other computer was a desktop.

It’s a pretty fascinating YouTube channel
My first experience of discs was the multiple platter stacks, like RAMAC disk packs, but from DEC. The company I was working for had a couple of dozen drives and several hundred platter spindles.
A friend went to a computer show at the end of the 70s, where there was an Acorn Atom attached to a Winchester drive, he accidentally nudged the table where they were displayed and it crashed the drive heads!
