Since August I have not been able to play Twit Live through Tunein on my Echo Dot third gen. I have other second generation Echo dots that play fine on the same network. I have tried using a completely separate network (tethering to my phone) and still it doesn’t work. Amazon sent me a replacement unit and it worked for a night then I am assuming the firmware got upgraded and it didn’t work in the morning. Amazon just told be that,
“Our engineering team was able to confirm that this particular radio station is using a non-standard format. Previously, a special case was made for such cases which allowed this station to play; however, it was modified, which caused this radio station to fail. We are currently working on a permanent fix, it will be address in the next release later this year.”
Anyone else experiencing this?
