I watched in the recent TWIT podcast Leo mentioned that since IOS 13 that our browsing is being sent to China.
Can someone please share me where to go and disable this setting.

If you still want to disable the setting in iOS, go to Settings>Safari and scroll down to/turn off Fraudulent Website Warning.
