I know this reply is very late, I am behind on shows. I am the one who asked the question by e-mail that was answered at the end of the show! Thanks so much! I just wanted to let it be known that there was a reason that the 2 drives did not match more closely. I can understand being off some but this was hundreds of Gigabytes. It turns out Windows hides some file folders, one of which is a recycle bin. What the logic is in that I still can’t figure out. If we delete stuff and then delete the Recycle Bin content, we generally don’t want it back and not knowing about the hidden folder would not know we could get it back. Anyway, that is what was not copying and why the hard drives were so far off from each other. Since they are Samsung drives, I will try Leo’s suggestion the next time though. Thanks again! Really love the show and all Leo and Mikah do!

Yeah Windows is notorious for hiding data. I recommend using WinDirStat for finding the biggest space waasters on Windows. On Mac use Grand Perspective.
