My airpods 3 arrived this week. So far so good. 1 issue is that they fall out of my ear at least once per day. Any pro-tips to reduce the Airpods 3 from falling out?

The normal Pods have never fit my ears, I always had to buy “proper” ear buds with silicon tips.

Normal Airpods 3 (not pro)…I ordered silicone covers to see if that helps. Normal AirPods worked fine for me over the years so I am surprised that the v3 is having issues?
I purchased silicon covers and will give them a try. My fingers are crossed
