This episode was entirely a deep dive into every product announced at the event, including hands-on the Pixel 4/XL and Nest Mini. The only downer is the hotel Internet aspects of things and how Duncan’s bandwidth throttling affected his audio at times. It wasn’t perfect, but TONS of really valuable insight into the products.

I understand Flo has the smaller phone. I’m interested in how it works for her because I always go for the smaller phones too. It’s a big disappointment they shrunk the battery on a phone that had terrible battery life to start with. I doubt I’ll be getting the Pixel 4, especially after experiencing good battery life on my Pixel 3a.
I blame Marriot. Thanks for the throttling WiFi!

I hope you can update us on how the battery life is with that super small battery. Planning on putting it through it’s paces over the next two weeks or so?

Ditto!! I am on the Pixel 3 and was thinking about either the Pixel 4 or just waiting until next year (by the way things started this year, I think the leaks for next year’s phone will begin next Tuesday).
The reviews I’ve read and seen trashed the Pixel 4 battery bad enough that I walked in to an Apple store tonight to buy an 11 Pro. 
The terrible customer experience in the Apple store caused me to leave with nothing. 
Guess I’ll use my Pixel 3a for a while.
