As a private user if You Tube just received a copy of new terms of service. Pay 12.99 a month. This keeps commercials out of any videos I watch. Question is was told I was receiving the update because I uploaded a video from a You Tube commercial user. This was abt. 4 minutes of an hour long. No money was a part of this for me. This was to share with family and it is labeled private. Only people with a shared link can watch it. The notice from Is the change made in January. Think my fee is going up. Does anyone know as a private user what I can upload. The terms seem to indicate that May date fees will change. When they do you are locked into the new fee. Is that fee a month or a year. If a year I will remove all my uploaded private videos.and stop paying the fee.
