Paul is quite right that Microsoft conveniently ignores the term “preview” in Windows Update. It’s just misleading 
They should call it Preview in Windows Update, too, so people aren’t mislead into thinking this is just a typical, optional update.
Microsoft being transparent and forthcoming with details? I know Microsoft is different in the Nadella era but some things still go back to the old guard days. As much as I’d love to be able to say that they will change at the request of the users I don’t believe this will ever happen.
