I realized that the caller with internet speed issues was using Mbs and Mbps interchangeably. If he was doing the because that’s how it was displayed the speeds he mentioned would be equal.
Yea, I came here to say just that. Most likely when he went for coffee and came back after “5” minutes it was complete, was probably because the video he tried the second time around was a larger video, appearing his speeds were slower, but you’re right - Mbs and Mbps are different, and there is nothing wrong with his modem.
