I watched TTG live and one of the BEST bit I learned was during a break with Chris Marquardt.
He mentioned OBS can now output to Teams and Zoom on Mac OS. This seems to enable using OBS as a virtual camera to record and then loop 30 seconds of video for use in boring Teams or Zoom meetings, or to step away entirely to go for a walk. The virtual camera capability now works in Mac OS.

I followed the instructions and validated it works in MS Teams, but apparently it only works in older versions of Zoom.
