If you want to have someone on who really gets the ins and outs of the FTC stuff with Microsoft, you absolutely have to get Florian Mueller (@FOSSpatents on Twitter) . His (I assume the pronouns are he/him) insight and analysis were absolutely incredible as he live-tweeted the trial (and things have happened afterward).
Iain Thompson is ok, but he’s always struck me as having a bit of a bias against Microsoft. Florian just called things as he saw them - it was very refreshing, especially for someone I hadn’t really heard about until now.
