What if twitter charged $3 per month for anyone wanted to join. I am not talking about new features. Do you think that would help, and how much, with keeping the Trolls out. YES a lot of prominent Twitter users or whatever they are called, might drop out. But you could comment on a show also weighing the decision between charging and keeping the Trolls out and losing high profile users. I bet many Trolls would not want to pay.
