Took a another pic of the tiny mill could it be that pixel camera ai thinks it is a sun or moon and pump it’s brightness. Now sneaked behind a grilling place to take the picture.

I don’t have a Pixel so I’m guessing, but maybe it just sees that you’re trying to photograph a subject at night that has some light on it and it’s trying to be helpful and amplify that light.

Computational photography is quite fascinating. Especially at night.

I’m sure it’s awesome, but it’s hard to tell which way is up or where the driver would go. Action shots?

Leo has a video of him riding one, back when he was at the TWiT cottage.

The manufacturer of the one he had advertised that you could borrow one. I contacted them at the time about a loaner in Germany to see if it was something I would buy, but they never got back to me. :frowning:

Edit: found them

This looks fun! Thanks for sharing them! We have one person comminuting trough or park in one of these (similar)

Looks like the future incarnate. I think it’s a similar setup beneath, just with a lovely shell and some protection against the weather.

Did a few tests with a Pixel last night. Fascinating. It almost adds too many stars, you lose the constellations. Quite a challenge to compose a shot in the dark too :slightly_smiling_face:

Yes, we have someone with an older, 2 wheel version of that here, in off white. It is completely sealed in and it looks like it is some sort of 1950s Sci-Fi vehicle. The one in your photo looks a lot more modern.

The closest I could find was this:

although the “cab” doesn’t stick out as much and it is lower and longer.

That red beauty looks like a quatrovelo from netherlands. The body is made of carbon fiber. 4 wheels full suspension lots of luggage space. You can easily keep up to 40km average speed with it.
