I’ll also add, we had to use VPN to get to the terminal server, on top of having to use the security card.

I was excited to hear Steve talking about a remote access solution. But, I looked into Remote Utilities, and I’m turned off by the fact that the parent company is based in Russia. That, combined with the general lack of online information about Remote Utilities LLC. The company was formerly called Usoris Systems. According to ESET, their software has used by the malware BalkanRAT (not that this is incriminating, just an factoid).
