Just went through this and claimed a free Nest Mini. Have been a subscriber on Google Play Music for years.

Not available for G Suite accounts. Typical Google!
The technical reason is that Home devices don’t work with G Suite accounts… Yet!
I think it’s more world wide than Australia! I’ve got it here in Norway as well!
