China is now blocking all encrypted HTTPS traffic that uses TLS 1.3 and ESNI

I wonder if they block TLS 1.3 for their military hacking? :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: If they do block it no matter what then time for every site everywhere to ban anything but 1.3 and stop the waves of attack traffic from China.
