Since WoA comes up on shows time and time again with many open questions, I thought about publishing the few technical pointers I am aware of for learning more. Perhaps other people want to join in, who knows 
- There is no legal way for getting WoA to tinkerers and enthusiasts - because no end-user licenses are sold
- WoA (insider builds) run on ACPI compliant hardware (which is - sadly - lacking). A good example for the difficulties involved is the effort around developing a free UEFI implementation for the RaspberryPi (https://rpi4-uefi.dev/win10-arm64-on-pi-4b/)
- There is an ARM Developer Community Discord with a #windows-on-arm channel
