Windows 10 20.04 has a new optional updates UI–I just encountered this for the preview updates for July. Here’s how it looks:

I’m not sure it makes sense to separate the optional updates into “Other Updates” just because they were optional. They’re still quality (bugfix) updates I presume, you’re just testing them earlier than official release.
