Using Google Assistant with Google Workspaces (privacy policy)

I’m the admin of a small Google Workspace account and I want everyone to be able to use Google Assistant to be able to use their voice to set reminders, appointments, etc.

In order to do this I need to allow their Google Assistant to access the Google Workspace data, see: https://apps.google.com/supportwidget/articlehome?article_url=https%3A%2F%2Fsupport.google.com%2Fa%2Fanswer%2F9620347&assistant_event=welcome&assistant_id=mdmbot&product_context=9620347&product_name=UnuFlow&trigger_context=a

When I go to turn this service on, it gives me the following disclaimer:

can access Google Workspace data and services using Google Assistant. Google Assistant is an Additional Service that uses Google Workspace data subject to the Google Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, not your Google Workspace agreement. Learn more

Does this mean that the privacy protections afforded to paid Google Workspace users would go out the window since they would start mining my Google Workspace data? Because this would be unacceptable if this is the case, and I wanted to be sure that I am understanding this right as I know there are a lot of Google Workspace users here. Thanks
