It is public forums on Telegram not being moderated that are the problem, also, as she pointed out, France doesn’t have the US Constitution, it has its own laws, which, like many other countries allow free speech, as long as there is no incitement to hatred against groups, racial hatred, violence, murder and no Holocaust denial or glorification of national socialism.
